We've kept Year 1 fees low to remove barriers and welcome families to the Steelheads. $440 covers your player's full season — with payment options that fit your budget. Need-based scholarships up to 100% are available with no paperwork required.

Where your fees go

All Steelheads coaches complete required USSSA background screening.

Travel baseball is expensive, and that's not lost on us. The Steelheads commit a portion of every sponsorship dollar to a scholarship fund that supports families who need it. No forms. No documents. No income statements to prove. Just a quiet conversation with Coach Baines.
Our promise to your family
- No paperwork required. We trust the families we coach. Just tell Coach Baines what you need.
- Completely confidential. Coaches, teammates, and other families will never know. Your scholarship is between you and the head coach.
- Covers everything the regular fee covers. Field time, cage time, uniforms, USSSA registration, tournament entries, equipment — the whole season.
- Available year-round. Financial situations change. If your family hits a rough stretch mid-season, reach out and we will figure it out together.

Refund & cancellation policy
Deposit refunds. The $150 deposit is fully refundable up until August 1, 2026. After Aug 1 the deposit becomes non-refundable because we use it to commit to USSSA registration, uniforms, and tournament entry fees.
If your player can't continue mid-season. If a player has to step away due to injury or family circumstances, we'll work with you on a fair pro-rated refund of unused monthly payments. Already-purchased uniforms and tournament-entry costs are non-refundable.
Financial assistance. Scholarships are available for families at 80–100% of Area Median Income — see the Steel Access Scholarship Program above. No paperwork or documentation required.
